Sandra D`s Italian Garden in Auburn

A quaint setting, but limited seating. We had a reservation, which seems to necessary on a Saturday night. Food was excellent. The squash ravioli was exceptional. Service was a little slow with one server for all the tables, but this is a place for a relaxing dining.

Phenomenal food! Phenomenal! And such a nice, warm, comfortable space where you would likely be served your meal by the chef himself! Great staff makes the experience even better!

Love this restaurant. The owners Sandra and Bentley make you feel so welcome and comfortable. Very delicious food and delightful service.

This little gem in Auburn should remain a secret only so I can keep coming without ever having to wait. The service from Sandra herself and the awesome cooking from her husband have made me angry with myself we didn’t find them sooner. Will be back...a lot!

I have been looking for a good steak for the past two months. Everyplace I went was disappointing until tonight at Sandra D's. The ribeye was cooked to perfection. I cannot wait to go back. All the food was exquisite but the steak beyond my expectations.

Phenomenal. Well worth the time to visit. It is a local gem. They are only open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday now. Reservations are recommended.

Excellent food in a cozy setting. Glad we got the polenta as an appetizer. Surprisingly many vegetarian options. Lucky to be seated on a Saturday evening without reservations. Call ahead.

Absolutely one of the best restaurants in NE Indiana. The food is beyond superb and the owners are such gracious and lovely people. Don't miss it.

If youre looking for excellent Italian food its very much worth the drive. Tried the ratatouille from the new menu which is phenomenal. This is a small hidden gem and the owners are very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back!

This place has delicious food. We had the spicy pineapple shrimp soup! It was so flavorful and homemade. We also had the sausage and peppers over polenta. Amazing!

Nice locally owned restraunt. The owners were there and were very nice. The food was very good with great pricing. Not fancy but we enjoyed every minute. Definately on my list for future travel in that area.

Found this place on our way through driving from Michigan to Tennessee. It did not disappoint! Sweet place and owners and delicious food! Worth the stop!

Wonderful food in a cute little place. The lasagna was the best we'd had in a long time and the Polenta was unique to any of the kind I'd had in the past and delicious.

I love this place. Quiet and Quaint! The food is delicious. Soups are to die for. All the bread is homemade. Don't forget the cannoli!

Took my wife here for Valentine's Day - Reservation at 6:00 p.m. - Service was absolutely terrible. Asked for coffee and took forever to get. Coffee cup sat empty at edge of table for 20 minutes while server walked by at least 9 times in total ignorance. In contrast, the food was excellent. Being familiar with the restaurant business, I'm wondering how this place stays open. Too bad the service doesn't match the level and quality of the food. Won't be frequenting this place for a while.............

Sandra D's is simply amazing! I am in shock that I haven't been back since our first time. I just put it on the calendar as our next date night and can't wait! Everything about our first time there was amazing.

My Husband and I were in town for the Auburn car Auction and the Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum. We were looking for a place to eat and stumbled a pond this lovely, peaceful little place. The food was fabulous and the staff were friendly and very personable. This little spot will be a part of our tradition each year when we come to the Auburn Auction. 😊

Delicious food!!! Great Hospitality!!! Only opened on the weekends... I ordered house salad, wild lasagna, butternut squash and bruschetta...

Wild mushroom & spinach lasagne is to die for! Perfectly done pasta, flavorful mushrooms, and spectacular italian gravy . . . sooooo good!The man is an Eagles fan, but we will forgive him 😊 Go Pats!
